The roof is well under way, this is the first time we've had some delays on our build. Nothing serious, but the carpenter was delayed for 2 weeks at another house and then he was ill for a week. He also appears to work alone, don't ask me how, so it is going slower than other houses we've seen on our street. Other houses have overtaken ours on progress, but we're telling ourselves ours will be better built as they've taken more time over each stage! Our builders do claim to be number 1, so of course we'd like to believe that!
So here's some pitcures of the roof underway, the people that did the walls etc, then came back for some more cement work on the roof and the patio too!

I hope you guys will be very happy in the house and that you'll have good neighbours. That makes a big difference I think.

Le lotissement est très agréable à vivre et votre maison parait très chouette (on avait hésité avec votre plan pour notre maison). Vous avez bien fait de prendre la terrasse avec le constructeur.
