Just to let everyone know we're in our new house now. We moved in a week ago, still don't have proper internet access. Just on a 3G key that SFR have lent us while they try to sort our line problem out!
So at least I've been able to get lots of boxes unpacked as I haven't been so distracted by the computer!
We still have a lot to do, new furniture left to build, boxes to unpack, the bathrooms haven't been painted, the fencing needs finishing etc etc. But we're happy with it all! We have lots of space and the kids love it. The patio is probably their favourite place, Laila can generally be found there speeding up and down on her scooter or Max's balance bike!
The worst job we have left to do is to clean the old house and repair and repaint one of the walls (see here if you're wondering why!), I'm not looking forward to that.
Our parents have been absolute stars during the whole process, helping out with babysitting, painting, gardening and even helping us move house! We couldn't have done it without them!
I'll be back with more posts and definitely some photos when I can.
